Institutional Protocol
Terms of Service
Updated Feb 19, 2026
"This document governs the relationship between ZapLink Protocols and its users. By initializing a communication node, you acknowledge full compliance with these terms."
Institutional Obligations
To utilize the ZapLink orchestration engine, you must be 18 years or older and provide valid institutional credentials. You are solely responsible for all transmissions originating from your API keys. You must implement immediate security measures and notify our infrastructure team upon suspicion of unauthorized node access.
Protocol Compliance
Users must maintain strict adherence to global communication regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and individual platform policies. Prohibited activities within the network include:
- Deceptive or fraudulent promotional material
- Distribution of malicious software or phishing vectors
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Asynchronous unsolicited mass broadcasts
Fiscal Structure
Resource allocation is billed in advance according to your selected infrastructure tier. Node limits and throughput capacity are refreshed per billing cycle. Any utilization exceeding allocated protocol limits will be calculated at prevailing overage rates as defined in your service contract.
Service Termination
ZapLink reserves the right to suspend node connectivity for accounts that violate our "Responsible Orchestration Policy." Violation of network health standards will result in immediate revocation of API authentication tokens without advance notice.
Enterprise Service Agreements
Custom SLAs and signed agreements are available for high-throughput nodes.
