Usage Agreement
By accessing ZapLink, you agree to follow our technical standards and responsible messaging guidelines. Abusive automation is strictly prohibited.
Service Limitations
ZapLink is provided "as is". While we maintain 99.99% uptime, we are not liable for upstream carrier failures or platform API limitations.
1. Account Obligations
To use ZapLink, you must be 18 years or older and provide valid business credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your API keys and must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your orchestration nodes.
2. Messaging Compliance
Users must comply with global anti-spam regulations (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR) and the specific platform policies of the communication channels utilized. Prohibited content includes:
- Deceptive or fraudulent promotional material.
- Malicious software distribution or phishing links.
- Content that violates intellectual property rights.
- Mass-unsolicited broadcasts without valid opt-in consent.
3. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your selected tier. Tier-specific message limits are refreshed monthly or as per your billing cycle. Overage charges, if applicable to your plan, will be calculated and billed at the end of each period.
4. Termination
ZapLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our "Responsible Automation Policy" or fail to maintain a valid payment method. Upon termination, API access is revoked immediately.

Enterprise customers can request a signed Service Level Agreement with custom terms.
