Privacy Policy

PRV-2026-v1

Updated Feb 19, 2026

"Your data sovereignty is paramount. This policy outlines how ZapLink Protocols manages, secures, and purges information within our global orchestration network."

No Data Trade

We never monetize or sell your contact lists to third-party entities.

Node Security

Messages are secured via TLS 1.3 encryption at rest and in transit.

Total Purge

Users retain the right to execute a complete data purge at any time.

01

Information Acquisition

ZapLink acquires minimal data required to facilitate institutional communication. This includes account credentials, phone numbers linked to our gateways, and technical metadata—such as delivery status timestamps and routing identifiers—necessary for system optimization.

02

Data Orchestration

We utilize acquired data exclusively to:

  • Facilitate secure node-to-device delivery
  • Generate real-time analytics for your dashboard
  • Mitigate fraudulent system activity
  • Distribute critical infrastructure status alerts
03

Retention & Purging

Message payloads are retained temporarily within the orchestration layer to ensure delivery. By default, logs are automatically purged from our servers after 30 days unless your enterprise contract specifies extended archival requirements. Manual purging is available via the Dashboard or API.

Privacy Inquiries

Direct all data-sovereignty questions to our legal and engineering teams.
