ZapLink collects information required to facilitate WhatsApp communication and manage your developer account. This includes your email address, phone numbers connected to the platform, and metadata related to message delivery (status, timestamps, and routing identifiers).
2. Data Usage
We use your data to:
- Facilitate secure message delivery through our orchestration engine.
- Provide real-time analytics and reporting in your dashboard.
- Monitor and prevent fraudulent activity or system abuse.
- Communicate mission-critical system updates and status alerts.
3. Data Retention
Message content is stored temporarily for the duration of the delivery window and is automatically purged after 30 days unless your specific plan includes extended log retention. You may manually delete any data via the API or Dashboard at any time.
